Tangie, we have discussed this topic many times, but that does not stop me from agreeing with you again! Diversity in all aspects of business, whether profit or nonprofit, is what makes a group stronger.

True diversity combines experiences, skills, and opinions -- it doesn't just count how many of each type of lollipop we have (I worked at a place like that and it was upsetting to the staff since our "stats" were used to present the image of diversity but the reality of the office was very different).

Diversity is a constantly evolving practice and we are never "done."
